Shareholder. BM is an exciting venture capital fund with a novel way to investing in growth companies (mainly in Sweden). BM seek and back high-performing founders outside the networks of traditional venture capital. First examples of investments include Transfer Galaxy, Dynamic Code and Horsemeup.
Shareholder. Garpco is a holding company whose business concept consists of acquisitions, business development and long-term ownership of small and medium-sized enterprises. The corporate group is divided into three business areas: Industrial tools, Industrial components in polymer materials and Interior design and furnishings.

Shareholder. ”FROM INDUSTRY, FOR INDUSTRY”. MVI is an investment group, investing in profitable companies, in high growth markets, which have significant growth potential. The investment team and the MVI partner network proactively support their portfolio of companies to maximise their potential to create value. MVI consists of about 100 entrepreneurs and industry leaders, who over the last 20 years have invested equity in private companies, across many different industries, with a primary focus on the Swedish market. The MVI partners are experienced senior managers who share a common passion for business strategy and execution.

Board member, Executive and Compliance Committee. MVI was a pan-European private equity pool with a Scandinavian heritage. Actively participated in the turnaround effort of MVI, aligning revenues with costs, reactivating the partnership and attempting a revised business model. Handled the existing portfolio (then 25 holdings), advised on 5 exits and reviewed the new deal flow.

Board member, investor representative and advisor. RM delivers airline optimization software to small to midsize airlines worldwide. Finix participated in the strategic alignment of the company. Delivered an exit for the shareholders (sold to the listed U.S. company Sabre).
Board member 2009-2012. Seanet was a global mobiletelecom operator and service provider mainly for the maritime sector, listed on First North.
Aim: to assist Seanet in growing from a start-up phase to a prosperous player in its niche market of maritime communication and create shareholder value.
Board member. SFS is a worldleading indoor smokesolution company. Milestones: substantial further improvement in profitability, expansion into the Asian market through Japan, eventually successful sale of the company to leading Nordic Private Equity company.
Chairman of the Board. Squace is an innovative mobile internet browser. Finix assisted in raising three share issues, widened the shareholder base, secured further product development and attracted a sophisticated foreign investor to handle the commercialization phase. Squace eventually developed a special feature for mobile handling of coupons. This was later an important component in the newly founded company Wrapps.
Board member, investor representative and advisor. WMG is a leading M2M telecom provider in Scandinavia. Finix participated in the turnaround to profitability. Arranged a buy-out of one main owner, and eventually an exit for the shareholders through a sale to a leading Nordic VC fund.
Board member since 2006. Zeonda is an innovative, patented water purification solution that prevents Legionella bacteria from growing in fresh water systems. Aim: to assist Zeonda in commercializing its products, deliver an exit for current owners and entry of a new owner who can realize the full potential of Zeonda’s unique products.
